Emily G. Neuhauser is an attorney in the Raleigh office, where she practices workers compensation defense. Emily completed her undergraduate education at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, where she majored in Music and graduated cum laude. Emily later attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board and participated in the C. Clyde Atkins Moot Court Competition, winning Best Brief and the Kurt Marmar Award for sportsmanship. During law school, Emily served as Vice-President of the Labor and Employment Law Student Association.
Emily was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2010. She is currently a member of the Tenth J.D. Bar and Wake County Bar Association.
A North Carolina native, Emily was born in Laurinburg and grew up in Wilson. She currently lives in Cary with her loving husband and their beautiful dog, Buffy.
