Lem Zeigler is a workers' compensation defense attorney in the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina office.
He received his B.A. in Political Science from UNC-Wilmington and his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While there he represented the law school in the student Senate and took Fourth Circuit Practice with the Honorable Dennis W. Shedd, Circuit Judge for the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
After law school, Lem clerked for the Honorable J. Mark Hayes, II, South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in Spartanburg. Before starting at Willson, Jones, Carter & Baxley, he worked as an Assistant Solicitor for the Honorable Scarlett A. Wilson, Solicitor for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. There he prosecuted various crimes in Charleston County and tried numerous cases to verdict.
Lem lives in West Ashley with his fiancé. Outside of his practice he enjoys golfing, working out, and watching sports.
