Matthew K. Harrison practices in the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina office. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and a student member of the John Belton O’Neall American Inn of Court. In his third-year of law school, he served as the Chief Justice of the Mock Trial Bar and competed in mock trial competitions across the country.
Matt is admitted to practice law in the State of South Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Educational Association. Matt practices in the areas of insurance defense litigation and workers' compensation defense.
Matt is a lifelong resident of South Carolina and lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Anna, and their dog, Sadie; Outside of work, he enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and supporting the South Carolina Gamecocks.
