Erica E. Loudin practices in the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina office. She graduated from the University of South Carolina, magna cum laude, with a degree in Political Science and received her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, Erica served as the Managing Editor of the South Carolina Journal of International Law & Business and worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mary G. Lewis of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Erica also volunteered as a CASA Guardian Ad Litem and was the recipient of a CALI Award in the International Human Rights Skills Seminar.
Erica was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2015 and practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Claims & Litigation Management Alliance, and South Carolina Women Lawyers Association.
Erica has lived in Columbia since 2008 and is a proud Gamecock. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with friends, family and especially her dog. She is a member of the Junior League of Columbia and enjoys taking different classes at her gym.
