Mary Kate Littlejohn is a workers' compensation defense attorney in the firm's Greenville, South Carolina office. She was named a South Carolina "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers (2020) and (2019). Prior to joining Willson Jones Carter & Baxley, Mary Kate practiced general litigation in Richmond, Virginia where she was also listed by Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” for Virginia.
Mary Kate is currently admitted to the Virginia Bar, Eastern District of Virginia, South Carolina Bar, and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Virginia Tech and her J.D. from University of Mississippi School of Law. While at the University of Mississippi, Mary Kate competed nationally on the Moot Cour team and served as the Senior Executive Notes Editor for the Mississippi Sports Law Review.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Mary Kate lives in Greenville with her husband, Christopher and their son, Tommy. She is an active member of Grace Church, and in her time away from work, she enjoys escaping to Litchfield Beach, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies and Ole Miss Rebels.
