Mary Kate Littlejohn is a workers’ compensation defense attorney in the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina office. She received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Virginia Tech and her J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While at the University of Mississippi, Mary Kate was on Moot Court and served as the Senior Executive Notes Editor for the Mississippi Sports Law Review.
Prior to joining Willson Jones Carter & Baxley, Mary Kate practiced general litigation in Richmond, Virginia for three years where she was listed in Super Lawyers Rising Stars for Virginia. Mary Kate is currently admitted to the Virginia Bar, Eastern District of Virginia, South Carolina Bar, and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Originally from Richmond, Virginia, she lives in Greenville with her husband, Christopher. She is an active member of Grace Church. In her time away from work, Mary Kate enjoys escaping to Litchfield Beach, exercising, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies and Ole Miss Rebels.
