Zachary (Zach) M. Smith practices in the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina office. He received his B.S. in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina in 2006 and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2009.
Zach was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2009 and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. He was named to Greenville Business Magazine Legal Elite in 2020. Zach practices exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense.
Zach was born and raised in Greenville, and he returned to Greenville following his graduation from law school. He lives with his wife, Leslie, and sons, Gibson and Gaines. Zach is a member of Buncombe Street United Methodist Church, and when he is not practicing law, Zach enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing at the lake, playing softball and basketball, and cheering on the Gamecocks.
