Jason A. Griggs is a workers’ compensation defense attorney and practices in the firm’s Greenville office. Jason received a B.B.A. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Augusta State University where he was elected to the honor society of Phi Kappa Phi and also received the Senior Service and Leadership award. He received his J.D. degree from The University of South Carolina School of Law where he served as a Research Editor for the ABA Real Property, Probate, and Trust Journal and was awarded a Paul Cooper scholarship.
Jason was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2005 and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. He was named to US News Best Lawyers® for Workers’ Compensation Law in 2019-2022.
Jason grew up in Augusta, Georgia, but now is happy to call Greenville home. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, as well as trying to master the Big Green Egg, reading, and exercising.
